Promised service of “ Guarantee of Repair” to the customers

Contents for  “ Guarantee of Repair” service:

1、Guarantee to repair:  The components or parts of products occurring troubles caused by error designing or manufacturing within one year after products having been dispatched and installed (for large equipment after the date in which the final acceptance certificate is signed) or within the service period specified in the contract will be repaired by our company with charge free.

2、Guarantee replacement: The components or parts of products occurring troubles caused by error designing or manufacturing within one year after products having been dispatched and installed (for large equipment after the date in which the final acceptance certificate is signed) or within the service period specified in the contract will be replaced with new one by our company with charge free in case of which are not repairable.

3、Guarantee refund: If the complete machine occurring troubles caused by error designing or manufacturing within one year after products having been dispatched and installed (for large equipment after the date in which the final acceptance certificate is signed) or within the service period specified in the contract is not repairable, our company will refund after both our company and customer having made the agreement.
