Regarding Purchasing Grinding Machine

for Gringding Cylinders Overseas

In order to machine typical parts, our company want to purchase Grinding Machine Cylindral overseas. The minimum diameter of the typical spindle is Φ130mm and the maximum diameter of the spindle is Φ320mm. Each spindle requires straightness of 0.01mm, roundness of 0.005mm, cylindricity no bigger than 0.005/1000mm and the total length no longer than 0.007mm. The roughness of the machining marks the external surface should be no lower than Ra0.1 in longitudinal direction and no lower than Ra0.4 in .

The machining diameter of the wanted equipment should satisfy min. Φ100mm and max. Φ600mm; machining length 6000mm and workpiece weight 4～5 tons. (Some of the specifications are negotiable)
