Brief Introduction of Director Qu

 

In 2004, our company completed the main economic target of the Tenth “Five Year Plan” one year in advance. Director Qu also realized his aim to rejuvenate the economy of the enterprise in one and half a year and to get better economic condition in three years. In 2005, each economic target of the enterprise got a great increase. The industrial gross production value is 10.8 times as many as in 2001. The sale is 9.9 times as many as in 2001. The new orders were 19 times as many as in 2001. A few years’ hard work in market, Director Qu and his team have achieved the preceding development of the enterprise step by step.

“ Only the national is the international.” Director Qu is an enterpriser who has strong national responsibility and national feeling. He took “ equip China with our equipment” as his responsibility, took initiative innovation with own hands as the powerful support for celebrating the development of the enterprise, set up the group to make research and development with own hand, promote the combination of production, study and research and acquired great breakthrough in key manufacture of China heavy duty CNC machine. Only in few years, they built the enterprise technical center as the national grade technical center, made the floor-type products the excellent products with the largest production quantity, type and market.

“ Serve the important field, try to be the largest machine tools supplier”, which is the word he keeps in mind. We have supplied nearly 100 sets of large and heavy-duty milling-boring machines for Interior Mongolia Baotou No.1 Machine Tool Works, Wuhan Shipbuilding Plant, Harbin turbine plant, Tsinghua Changye Machine Tool Works, Shanghai aviation Company etc. that related to the national security. It shows its brilliant contribution to the national defense、military industry and important constructions. We produced the national first set of CNC cross series machine with 5-axis moving simultaneous by cooperating with Tsinghua University , which was one of the subject of the National Plan 863. It has passed the test of the technical department successfully in 2004. He focuses on accumulating the stamina of the enterprise. Only in few years, he invested more than 200 million yuan to improve the technology and the construction of the 180 hundred Sqm heavy duty machining and installing workshop, purchasing important equipment, integrating producing zone, carries out information project and the real estate development got remarkable achievements.

Director Qu is an intelligent leader who is good at making decisions in business circle. He caught the historical opportunity to rejuvenate the northeast senior industry base, helped the enterprise enjoy the national policy of bankrupting in policy and unloaded the old burden. He worked to build up “the national group” in industry field all the time, tried to enlarged and strengthened the national enterprise. He actively strived for the special capital and made the enterprise first enjoy the soft load of the development bank for the enterprise reformation. At that time, he actively advocated the strategic recombination of different places in this field and successfully purchased the state-owned stock right of Sanmin Machine Tool Works in FuJian province, which prolonged the industry line and effectively integrated the resource.

“Prefer setting an example to shout loudly.” He upgraded and rebuilt the spirit of MaHengchang Team, built up the culture of the enterprise, improved the quality of the employees and enjoyed high reputation inside the enterprise. “There is no little thing related to the public interest”, he always said that.
